The Japanese spear or Yari (aka "Sō") is the major weapon of Japanese warfare. The metallic tip measures between 40 to 60 cm and is often three-edged. In this first package, you will find: Kamae, Yari no Kihon, Keiko Gata, and Kaisetsu Waza.
When possible, the Kaeshi Waza or counter technique has been included.
