The long staff or Bō is about 2m in length (the real size of your weapon depends on your body height).
The Kukishin Ryū Bō Jutsu is a complete fighting system. This first package introduces you to: Kamae, Bō no Uchi, Bō no Kihon Gata, and Shōden no Kata. When possible, the Kaeshi Waza or counter technique has been included.
